Mr. Brent J. Schulz, MUEP, joined DDC Engineers, Inc., from a Senior
Designer position with Schulz International, Inc. (SI2) of Greenville, North Carolina.

JESSICA L. BROWN, LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN
Jessica L. Brown joined The LandArt Company from Clemson University, in 2006.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture, Clemson University, South Carolina, 2006 Minor in horticulture

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
• Designed a Carolina Fence Garden for Whitehall Elementary in Anderson, SC that was installed in 2004.
• Created a plan to develop historic Converse Mill in Spartanburg, SC into a mixed-use residential,
retail and recreational site and to revitalize the surrounding mill village. (5th year exit project)

INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE:
• Three month internship with the Country Club of Virginia, Richmond, VA
• Designed and installed planting beds around the golf course and clubhouse
• Performed daily course maintenance and was responsible for plant upkeep
