Mr. Brent J. Schulz, MUEP, joined DDC Engineers, Inc., from a Senior

JESSICA L. BROWN, LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN
Jessica L. Brown joined The LandArt Company from Clemson University, in 2006.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
• Designed a Carolina Fence Garden for Whitehall Elementary in Anderson, SC that was installed in 2004.
• Created a plan to develop historic Converse Mill in Spartanburg, SC into a mixed-use residential,
retail and recreational site and to revitalize the surrounding mill village. (5th year exit project)

INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE:

• CAD Designer - Hobbs, Upchurch & Associates, P.A. were she provided design and drafting of water treatment plants, waste water treatment plants, water and sewer lines, pump stations and site development. Design of a water treatment plant and utilizing membrane treatment to serve five counties in the low country of South Carolina. This project was the first of its kind to be permitted in the state of South Carolina.

• Senior Engineering Technician – Wilson Miller, Inc., Fort Myers/Naples, Florida were she was responsible for the design and draft of FEMA emergency sites after Hurricane Katrina; Coordinated with the project manager on project approach and concept; produced record/asbuilt drawings for local utilities; first group in company to implement Civil 3D on new WTP/WWTP/Park site.
