Zoning/Re-Zoning

This process starts with gathering site information,
such as: existing natural and man-made features on
the site, adjacent properties uses and regulatory considerations.

The Jackson Companies retained DDC/LandArt to rezone and master plan this valuable tract in order to provide the opportunity to develop the tract as they had envisioned for decades.
